1 lb seashell or rotini pasta
1/2 lb diced Asiago cheese
1/4 lb Genoa salami, chopped
1/4 lb pepperoni sausage, chopped
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
6 oz can sliced black olives, drained
1 pkg dry Italian salad dressing mix

For the Dressing:
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp oregano
1 Tbsp parsley
1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the pasta according to package directions.
Drain, run under cool water, and drain again.
Transfer to a large bowl and add the cheese, salami, pepperoni, tomatoes, and olives.
Stir in the dry dressing mix and stir until thoroughly mixed.

For the Dressing:
Whisk together the oil, vinegar, oregano, parsley, parmesan, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the chilled salad and mix until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
