1 lb ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
6 oz can tomato paste
1 1/2 cup water
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
8 knackwurst
8 hot dog buns, heated

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the beef, garlic and onion in a skillet and cook until tender; drain.
Place the mixture into a blender in batches and blend for a few seconds.
Combine the meat mixture, tomato paste, water, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a crockpot.
Stir in the cinnamon, chili powder and cumin, then add the knackwurst.
Cook on high for 3 hours, adding a small amount of water if needed.
Place the knackwurst in a bun and spoon the chili over.
