1 egg
¼ pt whipped double cream
4 oz icing sugar
3 tbsp brandy

Directions:
Directions:
~Beat the egg white until it is foamy. ~Add 2oz of the icing sugar, a little at a time, beating well after each addition until the mixture is stiff enough to stand up in peaks.
~In a second bowl, beat the egg yolk and remaining 2 oz sugar until the mixture thickens.
~Fold into the egg white and sugar mixture together with the whipped cream and brandy.
