⅔ cup oil
3 ½ cups brown sugar
2 ¾ cups flour
2 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
3 eggs
1 6-oz pkg chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Stir oil and brown sugar together, mix well.
Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. Add eggs, one at a time to the oil mixture. Blend in the dry ingredients. Stir in the chocolate chips and pecans. Spread in a greased 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. When almost cool, cut into bars.
