3 lbs pigs feet
1 large onion, chopped
12 oz bottle bear
1 1/2 cup white vinegar
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 cup hot sauce
2 tsp salt
3 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp black pepper
1 bay leaf

Directions:
Directions:
Place pigs feet in large pot with 1 cup of vinegar, beer, garlic, onion, 1/2 cup of hot sauce, 2 tsp onion powder, salt and pepper.
Boil until the pork is tender and the liquid has reduced, about 3 1/2 hours; let cool.
De-bone pigs feet and chop the meat into small pieces.
Mix in 1/2 cup of cooking liquid, crushed red pepper, the remaining hot sauce, vinegar and seasonings.
Place in a loaf pan, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for at least 3 hours.
Pairs well with potato salad.
