2 pounds ground round
2 eggs
1-1/2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg. Lipton's Dry Onion Soup Mix
2 strips bacon
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce (may substitute 1 c. condensed tomato soup)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except bacon and tomato sauce well. Form into a loaf and place in one large or two small loaf pans. Cover loaf with strips of bacon and pour tomato sauce over all. Bake at 350 degrees on baking sheet 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Allow to cool and carefully drain off fat.
