2 lbs sweet potatoes, baked
2 cups pecans
2 Tbsp honey
1 cup plus 1 Tbsp butter
1/4 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup brown sugar
melted butter for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the honey and 1 Tbsp butter together.
Add cinnamon and 1/4 tsp salt to the honey mixture.
Pour the honey sauce over the pecans and spread over a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350º for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring several times, until golden brown.
Whip the sweet potatoes together with 1/2 cup butter, the remaining salt, and the brown sugar, then spoon into a serving dish.
Sprinkle with the nuts and drizzle with melted butter.
