8 oz cream cheese
1/2 lb sliced salami
1/4 cup baby capers
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped fine

Directions:
Directions:
Place the cold cream cheese between two layers of plastic wrap and use a rolling pin to flatten into a 13x9-inch rectangle.
Remove one layer of plastic wrap and cover the cream cheese with the salami, slightly overlapping.
Cover the salami with plastic wrap, press down, and flip so that the cream cheese side is up.
Remove the plastic wrap and sprinkle with the capers and parsley.
Starting from the long edge, firmly roll up like a jelly roll, removing the plastic wrap as you go.
Wrap with plastic wrap, twisting the ends to close, and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Unwrap, slice into rounds, and serve with crackers.
