1 tsp. Black pepper
2 tsp. Dried parsley
1 1/2 tsp. Dried Italian seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder (or you can use 2 cloves)
1/8 tsp. Dried red pepper flakes
3/4 tsp. Crushed anise seed ( can use crushed dried fennel seeds.
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Minced dried onion
2 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add this mix to 2 1/2 pounds ground pork. Mix well.
2. Either use for stuffing sausage castings or brown meat in a skillet and use in your pasta dishes or to top a pizza.
