2 sticks butter, melted
2 C flour
3 tsp mini choc chips
2 tsp almond flavoring
3 tsp dried spearmint

powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Roll mixture into small balls, place on uncreased cookie sheet and press with thumb. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes. Cool and dust with powdered sugar. Makes 5 dozen sand tarts. For a sweeter tart, add 3 tsp sugar.
