1 pound sausage
2 packages Pioneer Brand Peppered Sausage Gravy Mix
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
6 eggs
½ cup milk
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 Can (8 oz) Pillsbury Grands biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Tear biscuits in 1" pieces and line bottom of a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Brown
sausage, drain, and spread over biscuits. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat eggs, milk, and
salt & pepper and pour over the biscuit/sausage/cheese layers. Make Gravy mix according to package directions and pour over top of the other ingredients in pan.
Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
