2 cups fresh blueberries
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1/4 red onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeno, finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Juice of 2 limes
1 Tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
corn chips for serving

In a large bowl, combine all salsa ingredients and toss to combine. Allow flavors to mix for at least 1 hour. Serve with corn chips.
