28 ox can San Marzano plum tomatoes
3 T extra virgin olive oil
2 t dried oregano
1 clove garlic chopped
1 t salt
pinch of chili flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Pour the tomatoes into a large mixing bowl. Either with an immersion blender or with your hands, crush the tomatoes. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Place into a storage container with a tight fitting lid. Place in the fridge until needed. Stores well for 5 days.

Tips: This is a very broad based sauce. Add other seasonings as you would like. This sauce freezes well also. Portion into individual pizza portion sizes in zip lock bags.
