1 lb large elbow macaroni
2 1/2 cups whole milk
2 Tbsp dry milk powder
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp kosher salt
24 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
8 ounces cheddar cheese, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the elbow macaroni for 18 minutes; drain.
Gently stir in the milk, milk powder, mustard powder, cornstarch, and salt.
When the milk is warmed through, gently mix in the cheeses.
Stir until smooth and creamy and serve immediately.
