3 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp plus 1 tsp Adobo with pepper
1 Tbsp packed dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cumin
2 racks baby back ribs, about 2 lbs each, patted dry with paper towels

For the Glaze:
1/4 cup ketchup
3 Tbsp sauce and 2 chiles, minced, from 1 can chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
3 Tbsp honey

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the seasonings and rub over the ribs.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, up to 24 hours.
Bake in a covered roasting pan at 325º for 1 hour and 15 minutes, until for tender.
Combine the glaze ingredients.
Heat grill to medium-high heat and brush the ribs with the glaze.
Grill the ribs, flipping and brushing with the glaze, until heated through.
