18 Hydrox (Oreo) cookies, crushed.
½ C melted butter
½ C milk
20 lg marshmallows
½ pint whipped cream, cooled
1 oz Green Creme de Menthe
1 oz Creme de Cocoa
Directions:
Directions:
Crush cookies, add butter and make pie shell.
Heat milk and melt marshmallows
Beat ½ pint whipped cream
Blend into cooled marshmallow
Add Creme de Menthe & Creme de Cocoa
Put in pie shell & refrigerate until set.

My Great Grandmother Frances' recipe. Hydrox cookies were the original cream filled chocolate sandwich cookie making its debut in 1908. Oreos came along about 4 years later.
