1 1/2 cups rice flour
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
Vegetable oil
2 Tbsp melted butter
brown sugar
honey

Directions:
Directions:
Sift the flours together with the baking powder and salt..
Stir in the milk, butter and eggs and let rest for a few minutes.
Heat the oil, then drop the mixture into hot oil and fry until browned on both sides.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve hot drenched in honey and sprinkled with brown sugar.
