1¼ C sifted flour
¼ C corn starch
½ C confectioners' sugar
¾ C butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, cornstarch and confectioners' sugar into bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or fork. Mix to form dough. Shape by tablespoonfuls into balls. Place 1½ inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Press with fork in crisscross design. Bake at 300º for 20-25 mins or until light brown. Remove to wire rack to cool.
