1 lb bacon, crumbled
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp dried onion flakes
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
3 oz cream cheese, cubed
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 - 2 packages Hawaiian rolls
1/2 cup salted butter, melted
1 - 2 Tbsp sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the ground beef, garlic, salt, onion flakes, and pepper together over Medium heat until the meat is no longer pink; drain.
Stir the cream cheese, barbecue sauce, and mustard into the meat mixture and remove from heat.
Slice the rolls and layer a greased 9x13-inch baking dish with the bottom halves of the rolls.
Spread the rolls with 1 cup of cheese, then top with the meat mixture.
Sprinkle with the bacon and remaining cheese, then cover with the top buns.
Use a pastry brush to spread the rolls with the butter and sprinkle evenly with the sesame seeds.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the rolls are heated through.
Uncover and bake 5 - 10 minutes more, until the tops are golden brown.
