2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 box yellow cake mix
2 (3.4-ounce) boxes pistachio instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/8 cup water
1 cup sour cream

For the Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
2 Tbsp melted butter
1 tsp almond extract
1 tsp vanilla
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Grease two bread pans and sprinkle the insides with the sugar and cinnamon.
Combine the remaining ingredients and divide evenly between the two pans.
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.

For the Glaze:
Combine, adding the milk a few tablespoons at a time to reach the desired consistency.
Pour over the cooled loaf.
