1 lb pork sausage
1 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp butter, softened
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 lb medium jalapeños, halved lengthwise and seeded
2 Tbsp chopped chives

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the sausage with the red pepper flakes until browned; drain.
Beat the cream cheese and butter together.
Stir in the garlic, Parmesan, and sausage mixture until thoroughly combined.
Spoon about 1 Tbsp of filling into each jalapeño half and arrange on a foil-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes at 425º and serve hot, sprinkled with the chives.
