12 hard boiled eggs, peeled and halved lengthwise
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup buttermilk
1 Tbsp paprika
1 tsp turmeric
1 Tbsp celery salt
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
olive oil
chopped chives
chile flakes
sea salt
dill sprigs

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor, combine the egg yolks and the whites of 4 eggs with the mayonnaise, buttermilk, paprika, turmeric, celery salt, mustard, and a drizzle of olive oil until smooth.
Fill the egg whites with the mixture and garnish with the chives, chile flakes, sea salt, and dill sprigs.
