Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 squares semi-sweet chocolate
1 large egg (optional)
2 cups powdered sugar
1 package small colored marshmallows
1 package flaked coconut
1/2 cup nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:

1. Melt the butter and chocolate together. This could be done in a variety of ways. (I chose to use a glass bowl and microwaved the 2 ingredients together for 1 minute. Then I stirred until the chocolate squares started to melt, then microwave for 30 more seconds and stirred again unti the chocolate was completely melted). The microwave time may vary based on the heating watts of your microwave.
2: Add powdered sugar and egg and beat well.
Make sure the melted mixture isn’t too hot, and stir in the powdered sugar and egg. The recipe I used is very old and called for an egg, so I used one! However. I did have my hesitation in putting a raw egg into a no bake recipe. So, if you'd rather not, just omit the egg. The recipe will turn out just fine without It. Beat the mixture together well until it is nice and smooth.
3: Add marshmallows. Pour in the whole package of marshmallows and stir unti they are evenly distributed.
4: Lay out a large sheet of wax paper and pour on a generous amount of coconut.
5: Spoon the marshmallow mixture onto the center of the coconut and form a log shape.
6: Once the mixture was spooned out. I wet my hands with hot water and form the mixture into a tight log. Then I spoon some of the coconut onto the top, and roll the waxed paper around it.
7: Chill for at least 30 minutes and then slice and serve.
