Directions:
Grease a 9 x 13" Pan and set aside

1/2 cup Butter (1 stick)
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 bag Caramels (about 20)

Melt the above 3 ingredients in top of double boiler while you are preparing the bar mixture. (I start this first because it takes quite a while for the caramels to melt and mix-together with milk and butter.)

1 box Yellow cake mix
1/3 cup Oil
2 Eggs

Mix cake mix, oil, and eggs together.

6 oz's. Chocolate chips
1 cup White chips
3 Heath bars (break up into pieces.)

Combine the above 3 ingredients to the cake mixture.

Spread 1/2 of the mixture in a greased 9" x 13" pan.

Bake 10 minutes at 350°

Pour the caramel mixture on top of the cake. Spoon the remaining batter over top.

Bake 20-25 minutes.
