2tab. butter or margarine, 2tab. Flour,1tea.salt, 2 1/2c. Milk, 2c. (8oz)Shredded cheese,Mild Coby works best,8oz(2cups)elbow macaroni, 1tea.garlic powder.

Directions:
Directions:
cook macaroni per directions on box. In saucepan,melt butter. Remove from heat;blend in flour, salt, and garlic powder. Add milk; heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens a little and is smooth. Add cheese;heat until melted, stirring occasionally. Combined macaroni with the cheese sauce in 2 quart casserole sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly brown.
