2 Bread Rolls (Dutch Crunch)
4 oz roast beef slices
4 oz smoked turkey slices
6 pieces salami slices
4 slices provolone cheese
sandwich veggies (optional)

Dirty Sauce (see below)
Godfather Sauce (Mix in a bowl: 1/4 c of dirty sauce and 1/4 c of Hellmann's Mustard Sauce)

Preheat Oven to 400º

Dirty Sauce: Mix in a bowl- 1 1/4 c Hellman's Mayonnaise, 2 tbsp of dried garlic and a dash of each: dried oregano, dried basil, red pepper and paprika

Slice each roll and apply 1/4 c of dirty sauce and 1/4 c mustard sauce

Apply 1/4 c godfather sauce also to the bottom of each and spread evenly

Place two slices of Provolone on the bottom of each roll as well

Separate the meats into two piles with 2 oz turkey, 2 oz roast beef, and 3 slices of Salami in each

Place a sheet of aluminum foil on a baking sheet and place the four pieces of bread and the two piles of meat. In the oven, cook for 3-5 minutes.

Add 1/4 c of Dirty Sauce to the tops of each roll.

Place the toasted meats on top of the melted cheese/Dirty Sauce/Godfather Sauce side of the bread. Add veggies here if desired.

Place on the top roll and cut in half.
