Refrigerated
2 Egg yolks, large

Baking & Spices
2 cups All-purpose flour
⅔ cup Granulated sugar
¼ tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla extract

Dairy
1 cup Butter, unsalted
2 tsp Milk

Desserts
1 Chocolate or candy melts

In bowl of a stand mixer combine butter and sugar; beat until well combined.
Add egg yolks, vanilla & salt; beat well.
Pause to scrape the sides and bottom of bowl.
With mixer on low gradually add flour until completely combined.
Pipe cookies onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 375 for 10-12 min.
Allow cookies to cool before transferring to cooling rack.

Chocolate
Combine chocolate chips and shortening ia a small bowl.
Heat in microwave in 20 second increments.
Stirring well until completely melted and smooth.
Dip cookies and transfer to lined cookie sheet then decorate as desired.
Allow cookies to harden.
