5 large tortillas
1 cup cream cheese at room temperature
1/2 cup gratted cheddar cheese
1/2 red pepper finely diced
1/2 green pepper finely diced
1-2 jalpeno peppers finely diced
3 green onions finely diced
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. dried oregano (optional-Stephanie doesn't use it)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder.

Preheat the oven to 375 dgrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper..

Mix all the indredients together except the tortillas.

Lay each tortilla on the counter and evenly divide the mixture between them. Spread as best as you can leaving about 1 inch from the edge.

Roll the tortillas up and place on the baking sheet. Score the top of each tortilla with about 5 slices (don't cut through).

Bake for 15-20 minutes or unitl the cheese is nice and hot. Allow to cool and finish slicing. Serve warm.
