1 cup light sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 Pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix or the pkg of cream of leek (both work great)
1 pkg frozen thawed and well drained chopped spinach
3 green onions chopped
1 can chopped water chestnuts dice them until they are quite small
1 round pumpernicke or Rye bread
Directions:
Directions:
Scoop out the bread bowl, and tear the bread into bite size pieces. (You can also use a regular bowl and serve diced bread on the side).

Combine all the ingredients together

Pour the mixture into the bread bowl and serve with the remaining chunks of bread or with crackers.
