Ingredients:  
Pillsbury crescent roll dough 1 large or 2 small pkgs.
2 carrots diced tiny
1-2 red peppers diced tiny
1 ontion diced very small (optional)
cauliflower, broccoli or both chopped small
1 pkg light cream cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder to taste
2 Tbsp dill weed

Directions:

Spray a baking sheet with Pam

Spread the Pillsbury creswcent roll dough on the pan and back in 350 degree oven until just browned. Maybe 5 minutes, just keep checking the bottom.

Combine the cream cheese, garlic and dill weed. Taste and add more spices if needed.

Spread on the crust while it is still warm.

Then... aloow to cool and top with the vegetables. Cut into small squares and serve.
