1 kilo Minced Beef
White onions chopped about 2 large one's
Carrots ( get tinned already nice and soft) drain from liquid
Petis pois peas
Dark Beef stock pots x 1
Bisto gravy granuals
Mash Potato
Butter
Cream

Pop the mince into the frying pan and brown off

Then put the onions into the liquid to fry too takes about 3-4 mins then drain off the liquid fat into a bowl to dipose of later

Drain the tin of Carrots might need 2 tins dependent on how many you making the

Cumberland pie for. 1 tin per 2 persons put them into the drained mince and onions

Mix into the mince along with salt & pepper to taste and oregano herbs

Also put the dark rich stock pot into the pan and stir in

Take 2 large tablespoons to mix your gravy and set aside for pouring in very soon

Place the peas into the mixture and mix all together along with the gravy into the pan then transfer everything into a pyrex dish.

Cheaters method is frozen mash as it makes really quickly. Easier than boiling spuds

Microwave for 9 mins - mix in butter and cream once all done add a bit of cheddar cheese.

Then spoon on top of the mix into your bowl that you can place into the oven.

Top all the mash with cheddar cheese and cook in the oven for about 20 mins.

It will come out piping hot and the cheese all melted on the top..
