8 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese, softened and cut up
3 C Corned beef, cooked, sliced, chopped
2 C Swiss Cheese, freshly grated
1 C Thousand Island dressing
½ C Sour Cream
2 C Sauerkraut, well drained
Crackers, rye party bread slices for serving

Directions:

Spray Crockpot with cooking spray or use a liner for easy clean up on this dish.

Add all ingredients to your Crockpot (a large oval-shaped is best for even-heating).

Place lid on the Crockpot and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours, until ingredients are well combined. Stir occasionally while dip is cooking.

Serve with crackers, rye party bread slices, etc.,
