Hoisin Shrimp Recipe

10 oz Shrimp
1 Green onions, thinly sliced (separate white from green)
1 clove Garlic, minced
¼ of 1 Lime
½ T Sesame seeds
½ thumb Ginger, fresh grated or minced
2 T Hoisin sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse shrimp in cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Toss shrimp in a bowl with garlic, Hoisin sauce, ginger, salt and pepper. Let shrimp marinade for 5-10 minutes.

Add a drizzle of oil to a large pan over medium heat. Add marinated shrimp and cook until opaque, about 3-4 minutes.

Top with green onion and sesame seeds as desired. Serve with lime wedge on side.
