1 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese
1/2 pkg light cream cheese
3/4 cup shredded light old sharp cheddar cheese
2 tbsp fresh minced or grated onion
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. minced garlic
3-4dashes hot pepper sauce

1 lb good quality lump crab meat

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray a small casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside. Whirl together cottage cheese and cream cheese in a food processor until perfectly smooth. Transfer mixture to a large bowl.

Stir in all remaining ingredients except crabmeat. Mix well. Chop or break up crabmeat into small pieces and add to cream cheese mixture. Stir until well blended. Spoon into casserole dish.

Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Stir before serving. Serve with crackers.
