7 lbs ground pork
6 packs fo wrappers (WINGS ONLY-METRO)
4 cans of water chestnuts, diced very very small
1/2 bunch of parsley
1/2 jar of crushed garlic or 20 cloves of peeled garlic (chopped fine)
3 bunches of green onions chopped small.
1/2 jar Soya sauce (ONLY CHINA LILLY)
8 litres of oil for frying
3 to 4 rolls of paper towel


about 6 eggs used for sealing

To the ground beef add the water chestnuts, parsley, garlic, parsley, green onions and soya sauce Mix well and mix some more, and then some more.

Put about 1 tbsp in the centre of the wonton wrapper fold in a triangle and seal. Twist ends so they curl

Repeat. Makes quite a lot Deep fry, allow to cool and then freeze.

You can also leave some not deepfried to be used in Wonton soup or to deep fry when needed.
