⅓ cup flaked sweetened coconut
¼ cup chopped nuts, I use pecans but you can use any kind
½ cup Sugar
1 T melted butter

Coffee Cake
2 T melted butter
2 cups buttermilk baking mix
1 egg
¾ cup milk, I use skim or 1% (again your choice)


¾ cup semisweet chocolate pieces, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 º. Grease 8x8" pan.

1) Stir together coconut, nuts, ¼ cup sugar and 1 T melted butter; set aside.

2) Mix baking mix, ¼ c sugar, remaining melted butter, egg and milk. Beat vigorously about a minute. Pour into pan.

3) Spoon melted chocolate over batter; with knife, cut through the batter several times for marbled effect. Sprinkle coconut mixture over top.

4) Bake 20-25 minutes. Serve warm
