2 pkg. Knox gelatin
½ cup cold water
2 cups sugar
½ cup hot water
Directions:
Directions:
Soak gelatin in cold water. Boil sugar and hot water. Let come to a boil and boil for only 2 minutes. Pour over soaked gelatin and beat until very stiff. Put in 8" pan lined with browned coconut or cornstarch. Keep in fridge. To cut marshmallows, dip sharp knife in hot water.
