2 c sharp cheddar
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp Worcestershire
1 tbsp dry mustard
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Over medium heat, make roux with butter and flour. When foaming, add milk until thickened, stirring constantly.
2. Add mustard, sugar, Worcestershire and grated cheese, cook until thickened.
3. Whisk smooth and put into sterilized jar and seal. Refrigerate.
