1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
pinch of nutmeg
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly beat flour, eggs, milk and nutmeg (some lumps can remain). Heat oven to 425 degrees. In two 7-inch pie pans or one 9-inch pan, melt butter in oven. Pour batter directly on top of butter. Bake for 20 minutes or until puffed and browned. Serve hot.

Serve with fresh fruit and/or syrup.

Note: This seemed like a lot of butter. I think you could use much less and still have it turn out. Planning to try that next time.
