Make a volcano add eggs to the center and slowly add the flour into the eggs. Once incorporated kneed for 10 minutes. Make into a ball and coat with oil, wrap in seran wrap for 30 minutes. You can either hand roll or use a machine

you can just use regular all purpose flour or go straight up ginnie and use 1/2 00 and 1/2 semolina
