1/2 lb macaroni uncooked
approx. 1 lb Velveeta cubed
Cooked turkey or chicken (shredded or small pieces is best)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3 cups milk
1/2 pkg Peppridge Farms stuffing
1/2 stick butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Spray 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray. Pour macaroni into bottom of dish. Add the cubed Velveeta. Layer enough meat to cover the surface of the Velveeta. Mix the soup with the milk in a separate bowl then pour over the meat, cheese, and macaroni. Bake covered for 1 hour, stir halfway through baking. Combine the butter and the stuffing mix. Add to top of casserole then bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes or until stuffing is lightly browned.
