1 Package Green Peas
Diced Potatoes
1 Jalapeno
Cumin
Minced Dried Onion
Cayenne Pepper
Red Chile Blend
Green Chile Blend
Red Chile Paste from Chile Bible
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Dice and cook potatoes in vegetable oil and bacon grease. Season with pepper, garlic salt, cayenne, and cumin.

When almost done put in oven with diced jalapeno pepper @ 450 degrees until crisp brown.

Brown hamburger meat seasoned with minced dried onion, pepper, garlic salt, cumin, and cayenne. Drain off grease. Add peas. Season with all the seasonings to taste. May need to adjust the red chile paste. Adjust seasonings and add potatoes and warm totally.
