1 box yellow pudding cake mix
1 can cream of coconut
1 can condensed milk
2 tsp Rum flavoring
1 lg can crushed pineapple, drained
8 oz Cool whip
1 pkg frozen coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake mix according to directions in 13"x9” pan.
Mix together cream of coconut, condensed milk, & rum flavoring.
While cake is still warm, punch holes and pour cream of coconut mixture over cake. Spread crushed pineapple over cake.
Top with cool whip & frozen coconut.
