5 large potatoes
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup warm milk
1 tablespoon chicken base
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes leaving 1/2 inch strips of skin on two sides of potatoes, then cut into half inch pieces.
Boil potatoes until soft.
Mash potatoes leaving small chunks, do not whip into fine consistency.
Add butter, chicken base, and salt and pepper
Whisk in warm milk until you achieve your preferred thickness.
Eat.
