1¼ Cups All-Purpose Flour
½ Tsp. Baking Powder
½ Tsp. Baking Soda
½ Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
¼ Tsp. Salt
¾ Cup Butter (1½ Sticks) (room temperature)
¾ Cup Brown Sugar (packed)
⅓ Cup Granulated Sugar
1½ Tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 Egg (room temperature)
2 Tbsp. Milk
2 Cups Milk Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Oats (instant or regular)

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Put parchment paper on cookie sheets. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.

In a large bowl, beat butter, sugars and vanilla until creamy. Beat in egg. Gradually beat in flour mixture and milk until just combined. Stir in chips and oats.

Drop by rounded tablespoons onto prepared sheet. Bake for 9-14 minutes; rotating pan ½ turn at halfway point of baking. It's done when edges are golden brown.

Remove from oven and cool on sheet for 4 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to cool completely. Store in airtight container.
