3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tsp. Corn Starch
½ Tsp. Salt
1 Cup Butter (2 Sticks) (room temperature)
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Cup Light Brown Sugar (packed)
2 Eggs (room temperature)
1 Egg Yolk (room temperature)
2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
1½ Cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
1½ Cups M&M Candies (any color or variety)

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cornstarch and salt.

In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy. Beat in eggs, egg yolk and vanilla; mixing well.

Slowly beat flour mixture into wet mixture until just combined. Fold in chips and M&Ms. Press dough into prepared pan.

Bake 35 minutes or until lightly browned. Rotate pan ½ turn at halfway point of baking. Remove from oven and place on wire rack to cool completely. Cut into bars. Store in airtight container.
