1 (4-5 lb.) whole chicken (giblets removed)
1 onion, chopped
1 c. uncooked rice
ketchup
1 packet dry onion soup mix
2 c. water
cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Add rice and onion. Place chicken on top. Drizzle ketchup and sprinkle onion soup mix over the chicken.

Add 2 cups of water to crockpot and cook overnight or all day on low setting.
