Crust:

2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
½ Cup Brown Sugar (packed)
1 Cup Butter (2 Sticks) (room temperature)

Cheesecake Filling:

1 Pkgs. Cream Cheese (8 oz. each) (room temperature)
¾ Cup + 2 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar (divided)
3 Eggs (room temperature)
1½ Tsp. Vanilla Extract

Apple Layer:

3 Granny Smith Apples (medium size) (peeled, cored & finely chopped)
½ Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
¼ Tsp. Ground Nutmeg

Streusel Topping:

1 Cup Brown Sugar (packed)
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
½ Cup Oats (instant or regular)
½ Cup Butter (1 Stick) (room temperature)

Drizzle:

½ Cup Caramel Topping (drizzle after baked)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly grease 9x13 inch baking pan. Set aside.

For crust, in a medium bowl, combine flour and sugar. Cut in butter with pastry blender (or 2 forks) until mixture is crumbly. Press evenly into prepared pan. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Rotate pan ½ turn at halfway point of baking. Cool.

To make filling, in a large bowl, beat cream cheese and ¾ cup sugar until smooth. Then beat in eggs (1 at a time) and vanilla. Pour over warm crust.

In a small bowl, stir together apples, 2 tbsp. sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Spoon evenly over cream cheese mixture.

For topping, in a small bowl, combine all ingredients thoroughly. Sprinkle topping over apples. Bake 40-45 minutes (rotating pan ½ turn at halfway point of baking) or until set.

Place on wire rack to cool. When room temperature, drizzle with caramel topping and refrigerate. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
