Salad Ingredients

1 (10-oz.) container Baby Spinach
3/4 cups dried cranberries
2-3 green onions sliced
3/4 cup of toasted almonds

Dressing Ingredients

1/4 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
3/4 teaspoon poppy seeds (I use about 1/2 teaspoon)
1/8 teaspoon Paprika
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Toss together spinach, cranberries and green onion.

In a small bowl, combine sugar, minced onion, poppy seeds and paprika. Whisk in vinegars and oil.

Toss desired amount of dressing into the salad ingredients. Sprinkle with toasted almond slices and toss again gently.
