1 recipe Pecan Chile Salsa
4 tortillas, warmed
8 oz smoked gruyere cheese, sliced into 1/2-inch logs
1 pear, cut into 1/4-inch slices
3 Tbsp honey
vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Top the tortillas with 4 slices of cheese, 4 slices of pear, and drizzle with about 2 teaspoons of honey.
Fold up the tortilla to fully enclose the filling, secure with toothpicks, and brush with oil.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes at 400º.
When cool enough to handle, cut into thirds and serve with the Pecan Chile Salsa.
